Whisper is a one year old, female,, black Multi colored Cattle dog. She was found running loose off Milton road in Alton. The people kept her for a month but was unable to find her owner. She is not housebroken but that can be accomplished quickly with daily walks on a lead or having a fenced yard. They said she is playful, shy and affectionate.
